Athlete Confidence Cohort terms
These terms explain how the Athlete Confidence Cohort works, what you get, and what happens if plans change. By paying for a place, you (or your parent or guardian) agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Aware Athlete is run by Wiktoria Fronc, a self-employed mental performance mentor based in the UK. You can contact me at wiktoriafroncprivate@gmail.com.
2. The programme
- The cohort runs for 6 weeks, from 16 November to 28 December 2026.
- It includes weekly live group calls online, plus visualisations, meditations and worksheets between calls.
- Places are limited to 10 athletes, offered after a short application.
- Call dates and times are shared before the cohort starts. [Say whether calls are recorded for anyone who misses one.]
3. Athletes under 18
If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must apply, pay and agree to these terms on their behalf, and stays responsible for the athlete taking part. I may contact the parent or guardian about anything important.
4. Payment
- The cohort costs £487, paid in full to secure a place.
- A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
- [Say how people pay, e.g. a payment link sent after the application is accepted.]
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Before the cohort starts: you can cancel within 14 days of paying for a full refund, as long as the cohort hasn't started.
- Starting within 14 days: if you pay less than 14 days before 16 November, you agree that the cohort can start straight away. If you then cancel, I may keep a fair amount for the part already provided.
- After the cohort starts: [Say your policy, e.g. no refunds once the cohort has started, or a partial refund before week 2.]
- Missed calls: missing a call doesn't entitle you to a refund. [Say whether recordings or catch-up material are provided.]
- If I have to cancel or move the cohort, you'll be offered a place on a later cohort or a full refund for anything not delivered.
6. Not medical or therapy support
Mental performance mentoring is coaching. It isn't therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it isn't a replacement for them. If an athlete is struggling with their mental health, please speak to a GP or a qualified professional. If I'm worried about an athlete's wellbeing or safety, I may share that concern with their parent or guardian, or with the right services where safeguarding requires it.
7. Group calls
- Be kind and respectful to everyone in the group.
- What other athletes share in calls stays in the group.
- Please don't record, screenshot or share the calls or the materials.
- I can remove someone from the cohort, without a refund, if their behaviour harms the group or breaks these terms.
8. The materials
The visualisations, meditations and worksheets are for your personal use while you're on the cohort. Please don't share them, your client area password or your login with anyone else.
9. Your information
I use the information you give me (such as name, contact details, sport and the answers in your application) only to run the cohort and stay in touch about it. I don't sell it or share it with anyone else, except the tools I use to run things, such as Tally, Calendly, Zoom and Skool.
10. Results
Every athlete is different. I'll give you my best support and the tools to build confidence, but I can't promise particular results on the pitch, in selection or in competition.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. The version in place when you paid is the one that applies to your cohort.
